The Back Office Representative is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Institute of Health Sciences. The role includes maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with departments, supporting admissions, handling data entry, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is desirable.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of office administration and record management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or student management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
