Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Hotel & Hospitality

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the Hotel and Hospitality industry to support the sales team in driving revenue and enhancing guest experiences. The Sales Coordinator will act as a key link between the sales team, hotel departments, and clients, ensuring smooth coordination of room bookings, events, and guest inquiries while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and client inquiries regarding room reservations, banquet halls, conferences, and hotel services via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, packages, and event services.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Follow up with clients and corporate partners to confirm bookings and maintain strong relationships.
Event & Booking Coordination:
Coordinate logistics for corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and group bookings, including room setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual requirements.
Ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for successful event execution.
Database & CRM Management:
Maintain and update client databases, track guest preferences, and manage booking details to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research:
Conduct research on potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to support sales strategies and business growth.
Reporting:
Prepare and maintain sales reports related to room bookings, banquet revenue, client retention, and conversion rates.
Cross-Department Coordination:
