- Source and recruit sewing machine operators, tailors, checkers, helpers, packers, and other factory workers.
- Conduct field recruitment drives in villages, towns, ITIs, and skill development centers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with labor contractors, placement agencies, NGOs, and local recruiters.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus recruitment programs.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Arrange transportation and hostel accommodation for migrant employees, where applicable.
- Maintain a manpower database and daily recruitment MIS reports.
- Coordinate with production and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor employee referrals and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and buyer requirements.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets while minimizing recruitment costs.
- Follow up with new hires during the initial joining period to improve retention. These responsibilities align with common manpower sourcing roles in home textile manufacturing.
Qualifications
- 12th or any UG or Post Graduate (MBA/MSW in HR preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in manpower sourcing or factory recruitment.
- Experience in the textile, garment, or home textile industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
