- Supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained according to hotel SOPs and brand standards.
- Conduct room inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards.
- Monitor housekeeping attendants, public area cleaners, and linen staff during shifts.
- Ensure timely cleaning of check-out rooms for early arrivals.
- Supervise attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and existing team members.
- Ensure employees follow hotel grooming and hygiene standards.
- Motivate team members to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Assist in performance evaluations of housekeeping associates.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure VIP rooms and special requests are prepared as per instructions.
- Maintain courteous interaction with guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow up on lost and found procedures as per hotel policy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
