Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Consultant to drive growth by handling both B2B and B2C services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle both corporate clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
