Hiring: MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Domain Preference: Banking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
* Build and maintain Power Automate Flows, Plugins, Workflows, and Business Rules.
* Develop and enhance solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CEM) modules.
* Integrate CRM with internal and external applications using APIs and Azure services.
* Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve CRM performance and user experience.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
* Ensure adherence to development standards, security, and best practices.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
* Hands-on expertise in Power Automate and CRM Plugins.
* Experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CEM Modules.
* Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET, and CRM Customizations.
* Experience with CRM Integrations and Web APIs.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Services.
* Exposure to Banking or Financial Services Domain.
* Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
