Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

- Time-to-fill positions.
- Quality of hire.

- Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,718.50 - ₹30,206.12 per month
