Role Overview
- Job Title: Interior Site Engineer
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler for site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Preparation
- Interpret detailed interior designs and material lists accurately.
- Execute work according to the daily schedules provided by the Project Coordinator.
Measurement & Project Execution
- Conduct site measurements with precision and communicate details effectively to the design team.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure strict adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the production team, contractors, and vendors to meet project timelines.
- Proactively identify and report any issues or deviations to the Coordinator to prevent project delays.
- Maintain the safety, security, and inventory of all site assets and materials.
Client Interaction
- Provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Address and resolve client queries or concerns professionally throughout the execution and handover phases.
Documentation & Site Management
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and secure.
- Maintain prompt communication and provide accurate daily status reports.
- Ensure the site remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in interior construction and residential project execution.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of interior construction processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
