Sajo Technologies is seeking a Biometric Support Software Engineer to provide technical support, software configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for biometric attendance and access control systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in biometric software, database management, device connectivity, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain biometric attendance and access control software.
- Support biometric devices, face recognition systems, fingerprint readers, and controllers.
- Troubleshoot software, database, and communication issues.
- Configure user enrollment, attendance policies, shifts, and reports.
- Integrate biometric systems with HRMS, Payroll, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
- Maintain system documentation and support records.
- Coordinate with development and implementation teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct user training and system demonstrations.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in biometric software support.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
Preferred Experience
- ZKTeco, Suprema, eSSL, Matrix, Hikvision, and similar biometric platforms.
- API Integration and Database Management.
- Attendance Management and Access Control Systems.
- HRMS/Payroll Integration Projects
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
