Job Title: offshore Full Stack + AI Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced offshore Full Stack + AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications integrated with advanced AI/ML capabilities. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers, while working closely with stakeholders at the client location.
The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in full stack application architecture with hands-on experience in AI/ML, generative AI, and cloud platforms, driving innovation and business value through intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture across UI, backend services, data layers, and AI/ML components.
Act as the primary onsite technical architect, engaging with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable architectures.
Design and implement full stack solutions using modern frameworks (frontend, backend, APIs, microservices).
Architect and integrate AI/ML/GenAI solutions (e.g., predictive models, NLP, copilots) into enterprise applications.
Design cloud-native and event-driven architectures ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance.
Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the program.
Lead API strategy, integrations, and data pipelines with internal and external systems.
Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation practices, ensuring high-quality and secure delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering, QA) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3-5+ years in architect roles.
Strong experience in full stack development (frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs).
Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML or GenAI-based solutions.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable.
Exposure to LLM frameworks, MLOps, and AI lifecycle management.
Familiarity with data engineering tools, data lakes, and real-time processing frameworks.
Experience with security, compliance, and governance models in enterprise environments.
Certifications in cloud or AI/ML domains are a plus.
