ISBR Business School invites applications for the position of Principal – Law. The Principal will provide visionary academic and administrative leadership, ensuring excellence in legal education, research, faculty development, student outcomes, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Law College in alignment with the institution's vision and mission.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Bar Council of India (BCI), UGC, and other applicable authorities.
- Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous academic quality improvement.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Promote research, publications, funded projects, consultancy, and legal scholarship.
- Strengthen industry, judiciary, law firms, corporate, NGO, and institutional collaborations.
- Foster student success through academic guidance, internships, placements, moot courts, legal aid clinics, and co-curricular activities.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, infrastructure, and resource planning.
- Drive accreditation, ranking, quality assurance, and institutional development initiatives.
- Represent the Law College at academic, professional, and industry forums.
- Promote innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and outcome-based education.
- Ensure effective governance, discipline, and administration within the Institute.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
