- Coordinate with customers regarding installation schedules and updates.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with tailors and production teams to ensure products are ready as per timelines.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
- Support the sales team with order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Track project status and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and update management on project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, interiors, furniture, or related industries is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
