About the Role
Pilgrim India is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design Intern to join our Brand & Marketing team for a 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in designing offline marketing collaterals, retail branding materials, packaging artworks, and print creatives. You'll collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
● Primarily work on offline creative assets and print media.
● Assist the offline team in designing POSM, brochures, flyers, in-store branding, and other marketing collateral.
● Collaborate closely with the Brand, Offline Marketing, and Content teams to execute creative requirements.
● Support the creative team with artwork adaptations, print-ready files, and production-related tasks.
● Stay updated with current design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas.
Skills Required
● Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Freepik AI, Google Gemini) is a plus.
● Print media experience is preferred.
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual aesthetics.
● Good attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
