OrbitClap is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Ghaziabad.
At OrbitClap, we're building a cloud-based School ERP platform that helps schools digitize admissions, attendance, fee management, examinations, communication, and administration. Position: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Ghaziabad (On-site)
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
◉ Visit private schools and introduce our School ERP solution.
◉ Meet principals, administrators, and other decision-makers.
◉ Generate qualified leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
◉ Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
◉ Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective schools.
◉ Maintain lead and sales records in the CRM.
◉ Coordinate with the product team to address customer requirements.
◉ Achieve monthly demo and sales targets.
◉ Represent OrbitClap professionally during client interactions.
We're Looking For
◉ Graduate in any discipline.
◉ 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or EdTech Sales.
◉ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
◉ Comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
◉ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
◉ Two-wheeler preferred.
◉ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
