Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and demonstrate plastic auxiliary equipment and automation systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing of machines.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve service-related queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
- Support machine trials, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Provide basic operator training to customers after installation.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and application teams for technical support.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and emergency service visits.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Understanding of PLCs, sensors, motors, and pneumatic components.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer support.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals is an added advantage.
