Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements.
- Generate a strong candidate pool and lead generation strategies to continuously expand the talent database.
- Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, profiling and presenting high-quality non-agent candidates to hiring managers.
- Oversee department interview scheduling and coordinate effectively with all internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth internal promotion processes, ensuring talent mobility within the organization is handled professionally.
- Manage data integrity by encoding candidate information into the system with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare employment contracts, ensuring all hiring rates, start dates, and program allocations are precise.
- Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company.
- Proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent/corporate BPO positions.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and experienced in utilizing online job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
