Overview
- We are looking for a results-driven **Google Ads Performance Marketer** with proven experience in scaling D2C brands profitably. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns with a **minimum ROAS benchmark of 4X**, while driving consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and scale Google Ads campaigns, including:
- Search
- Shopping (Standard & Smart)
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Display & Remarketing
- Drive and maintain a **minimum 4X ROAS benchmark**
Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Revenue growth
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently with strong cost control
- Align campaign objectives with sales and revenue targets
- Conduct keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and audience segmentation
- Perform continuous A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Ensure accurate tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking tools
- Present performance reports with clear insights and scaling strategies
Must-Have Experience
- Strong D2C performance marketing background
- Demonstrated ability to achieve *4X+ ROAS consistently*
- Experience handling significant ad budgets ($100k+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of attribution models and performance scaling
- Data-first mindset with strong analytical ability
