Role & responsibilities
The Social Media Marketing Senior Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong content skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to translate marketing goals into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand tone and strategy.
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
- Manage paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance tracking.
- Monitor & Implement social media trends via reels, collaborate with other brands/channel partners, conduct & support competitor activities, and work on emerging platforms & suggest innovative ideas.
- Engage with the online community, responding to queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Track KPIs, prepare analytics reports, and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with PR, influencer marketing, and brand teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and corporate policies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Creative copywriting and content planning skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful
