SEO & Social Media Growth Manager
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (On-site)
We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Social Media Growth Manager to drive the digital presence of our industrial businesses serving Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This is a performance-driven role focused on generating qualified organic leads through SEO, content strategy, and digital branding.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the complete SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
● Improve Google rankings and generate qualified organic B2B leads
● Perform keyword research focused on Saudi Arabian industrial markets
● Create and optimize website content, landing pages, and technical blogs
● Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Meta, and other industrial social media platforms
● Plan and execute digital campaigns for branding and lead generation
● Create high-quality creatives, brochures, banners, and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite
● Leverage AI tools to optimize content, workflows, SEO, and digital marketing performance
● Monitor competitors and recommend growth strategies
● Coordinate with website developers whenever required
● Maintain Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Webmaster tools
● Submit detailed Monthly SEO Reports, Social Media Performance Reports, Campaign Reports, Lead Reports, and Digital Growth Dashboards
● Continuously improve website authority, search rankings, and conversion rates
Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results
● Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO
● Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar tools
● Excellent understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and automation
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications
● Experience managing LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other B2B social media platforms
● Strong English writing and content creation skills
● Experience in Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, General Trading, Oil & Gas, or B2B sectors is highly preferred
● Arabic proficiency is added advantage
What We Expect
This is not a conventional Social Media Executive role. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of our digital growth by combining SEO, branding, content, analytics, AI, and performance marketing to generate measurable business opportunities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
