We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying potential customers, understanding client requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Respond to inquiries and provide initial product or service information.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track lead status and prepare regular reports on pipeline activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Experience in B2B sales environments is an advantage.
