Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field marketing.
- Meet prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features and investment opportunities.
- Sell residential plots, apartments, and housing projects.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth booking and documentation.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through successful closures.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Automobile, or Direct Sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to earn.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
