* 8 to 12+ years of experience in High-Fashion Western Wear (Tops, Dresses, Trousers/Bottoms).
* Absolute mastery in MANUAL drafting and DRAPING (CAD is NOT compulsory).
* Deep understanding of complex western cuts, cowls, bias cuts, corsets, and structured fits.
* Must be able to grade sizes accurately by hand.
* Capability to guide and supervise sampling tailors to ensure high-quality finishes.
* Targeted output of 3 distinct new style designs cut per day.
* Selection Process: 1-day practical trade test at our Vasai unit (Paid trial)
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
