Mosaic Wellness is a digital-first wellness company building consumer health and
personal care brands for modern India. BeBodywise is our women’s wellness and
personal care brand, focused on creating science-backed products across hair care,
skin care, body care, and nutrition.
We are looking for an intern to support the New Product Development and Product
Operations function at BeBodywise.
Role Overview
This internship is suited for someone who is interested in consumer brands, beauty and personal care, product development, and the behind-the-scenes work required to launch and manage products.
The intern will work closely with the Product Development team and support a mix of operational, coordination, research, and testing-related tasks. The role will involve regular follow-ups with internal teams and external partners, maintaining trackers,
helping with product testing, and supporting ongoing NPD projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stock and Supply Monitoring
Track stock status for selected products and critical SKUs.
Help monitor availability of finished goods, raw materials, packaging material,
and upcoming production timelines wherever required.
Maintain simple trackers and highlight delays, risks, or gaps to the team.
2. Follow-ups and Coordination
Follow up with internal teams such as R&D, packaging, supply, operations,
category, and marketing for ongoing product-related tasks.
Coordinate with external partners, manufacturers, vendors, or agencies where
required.
Ensure that timelines, pending items, and next steps are clearly tracked.
3. Product Testing and Feedback Collection
Help coordinate internal product trials with employees and selected customers.
Collect, organize, and summarize product feedback in a structured format.
Support testing for texture, fragrance, usability, packaging experience, claims
perception, and overall product experience.
4. Research and Market Understanding
Conduct research on competitors, product formats, ingredients, claims, pricing,
packaging, and consumer reviews.
Summarize findings in simple, useful formats for decision-making.
Support category research for new product ideas and improvement opportunities.
5. NPD Project Management Support
Help maintain NPD trackers for ongoing and upcoming product launches.
Track project stages, owners, pending tasks, timelines, and delays.
Support documentation related to product development, testing, claims, samples,
and launch readiness.
6. Sample and Documentation Management
Track product samples, trial batches, packaging samples, and testing feedback.
Help organize basic product documents, formulation notes, claim references,
feedback sheets, and project updates.
