Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, converting leads into customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries related to travel packages and visa services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel packages for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

- Experience in travel package sales, visa services, immigration, hospitality, or related industries.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
