Role Overview:
Looking for a dynamic HRBP / Recruitment Support professional with hands-on experience in recruitment operations and stakeholder coordination. The role will support hiring processes while partnering with business teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR BP on recruitment related activities, documentation and system updates
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates across recruitment systems
- Work on recruitment platforms such as B.Welcome / Avature
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Support HR BPs on administrative employee matter and requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder management and coordination skills
