Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Financial Counsellor to join our team in Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients on financial services, explaining available options, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on suitable financial products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Assist clients with documentation and application processes.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned business and customer service targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client requests.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
0–4 years of experience in financial counselling, banking, insurance, sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
