Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in Industrial Design or Product Design. A proven track record in commercial appliances, consumer electronics, vending/retail systems, or heavy consumer goods is highly preferred.
Expert CAD Infrastructure: Mastery of industry-standard parametric and surface modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Autodesk Fusion 360, or Creo).
Elite Visualization & Animation: Expert proficiency in rendering and motion suites (e.g., KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Unreal Engine).
Graphic & Post-Production Suite: Deep familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for artwork deployment and cinematic video editing.
Manufacturing Deep-Dive: Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing methodologies (sheet metal, injection molding, thermoforming), thermodynamics, and retail compliance standards.
Portfolio Requirement: A world-class portfolio showcasing the evolution of market-ready products from napkin sketches to advanced CAD, high-end rendering, and cinematic animations.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Executive Presence: Ability to pitch complex design concepts and interactive animations confidently to C-suite executives and global brand partners.
Cross-Functional Bridge: Proven ability to act as the primary liaison between Brand Marketing, R&D, and Engineering teams.
Mentorship: Ability to guide and mentor junior or mid-level designers, fostering a culture of high-caliber design excellence.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
