We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage our Chat Process. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their queries in real-time. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of written English and Hindi and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Query Resolution: Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat professionally and promptly.
- Information Management: Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools and data.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every interaction meets our quality standards and contributes to a positive customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) or Graduate in any stream.
- Languages: High proficiency in both English and Hindi (Written and Verbal) is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and efficient web browsing.
- Typing Speed: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume chat periods.
- Age: 18 – 30 years.
Experience
- 0 – 5 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Preferred: Prior experience in an international or domestic chat process or customer service role.
