Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Generate quality leads and acquire international projects in:
- Python Development
- AI/ML Solutions
- Data Science
- Web Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Draft customized and winning proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding, estimations, and delivery discussions
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and project closures independently
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for recurring business opportunities
Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and international lead generation
✔ Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and freelancing platforms
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Good understanding of technologies such as Python, AI/ML, Data Science, Web & Mobile Development
✔ Knowledge of proposal writing, sales pipeline management, and business development strategies
✔ Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment
✔ Strong client handling and negotiation skills
