- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Visual Creation: Design engaging posts and stories using Canva; edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos.
- Copywriting: Write professional, creative, and error-free captions that resonate with our target audience.
- Engagement: Manage daily community interactions, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Use Excel to track and analyze weekly growth metrics, ensuring our strategy remains data-driven.
- Discipline: Ensure all content is scheduled and posted on time, adhering to our office's standard 10:00 AM operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, AI tools).
- Data Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel & Docs for performance reporting.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Portfolio: Candidates must share a portfolio or links to accounts they have previously managed.
