JOB DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER
JOB OVERVIEW:- You will play a crucial role in leading client servicing and integrated digital strategy for a portfolio of key accounts. Your responsibilities will involve strong client relationship management, strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, and revenue ownership. You will act as the primary strategic partner for clients, ensuring delivery excellence across creative, media, technology, and content teams while driving business growth for Schbang.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
· Understand client business goals and translate them into integrated digital strategies and solutions.
· Lead regular client meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
· Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.
· Drive strategic planning across digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and technology solutions.
· Own revenue targets and account profitability.- Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects across creative, content, performance marketing, technology, and media teams.
· Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with client expectations.- Manage complex campaigns and multi-channel digital initiatives.- Work closely with creative, media, strategy, technology, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
· Ensure internal teams are aligned with client objectives, timelines, and deliverables.- Build strong team processes and ensure high standards of account management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
· 3 to 6 years of experience in client servicing/account management/digital solutions.
· Experience working in digital agencies, integrated marketing agencies, or consulting firms preferred.
· Proven experience managing large enterprise or multiple client accounts.- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder handling.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO & ADS social media, performance marketing, content, and brand strategy.
· Strong strategic thinking and business problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple accounts and teams simultaneously.
· Strong project management and operational oversight.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
