Centre Manager – Operations & Sales
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Centre Manager – Operations & Sales to lead and manage our indoor play area centre located within the mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, executing sales and marketing initiatives, and maintaining all operational, safety, and brand standards effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the play zone, ensuring smooth functioning and an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage inventory and ensure all play equipment is in safe and working condition.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where required.
- Handle petty cash, billing, collections, and daily operational reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and mall management for facility-related requirements.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Drive admissions, memberships, party bookings, school visits, corporate events, and group bookings.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales analysis reports.
- Upsell packages, memberships, birthday party services, and special event offerings.
- Ensure effective customer conversion from inquiries to bookings.
Team & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise play zone attendants and support staff.
- Set performance goals and monitor staff productivity and service quality.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused work environment.
Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Ensure smooth execution of birthday parties, events, and special programs.
Marketing & Business Development
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, mall promotions, and community engagement activities.
- Build partnerships with schools, residential communities, corporates, and local businesses.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, and social media activities.
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, footfall, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with mall management regarding permissions, events, and operational matters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Operations and Sales Management, preferably in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or family entertainment centres.
- Experience managing mall-based outlets or entertainment centres will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit below 40 years.
Work Schedule
- 7 days a week (including weekends and public holidays)
- Rotational shifts based on mall operating hours
- Weekly off as per company policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
