Location: Uttar Pradesh (Deoria, Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Maharajganj & Nearby Districts)
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹30,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the MR team.
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Appoint and develop new Stockists/Distributors.
- Increase doctor, chemist and hospital coverage.
- Ensure daily reporting and field discipline.
- Improve collections and market coverage.
- Train and motivate the sales team.
Performance & Incentive Policy
- 100% or Above Target: Full incentive + Performance Recognition
- 90%–99% Target: Partial incentive as per company policy
- 80%–89% Target: Fixed salary only (No performance incentive)
- Below 80% Target: Performance review and improvement plan
Performance Improvement Policy (PIP)
- 1st Month (Below 80%): Performance counselling and action plan.
- 2nd Consecutive Month (Below 80%): Written warning and close monitoring.
- 3rd Consecutive Month (Below 80%): Company may review the employment for transfer, role change, or separation as per company policy.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2–5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
- Previous ASM experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Ability to drive sales and develop new business.
