About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic General Manager with an ECE or Robotics background to oversee business operations, coordinate technical teams, manage vendors, and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be willing to travel to project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage day-to-day business and operational activities.
* Coordinate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, installations, and project support.
* Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and quality standards.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare project reports, MIS reports, and progress updates.
* Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
* Support business development activities and client relationship management.
* Lead, guide, and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Travel to project locations for project execution, coordination, inspections, and client meetings whenever required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Robotics Engineering.
* 0–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, technical support, or a related field.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel to project locations across India.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of robotics, automation, embedded systems, IoT, or industrial electronics.
* Basic understanding of project management and documentation.
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is an added advantage.
* Experience in airport systems, ELV, automation, or IT infrastructure projects is a plus.
