Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and salon.
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of beauty and wellness professionals.
- Drive monthly revenue through service sales, memberships, retail products, and client retention.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and operational excellence.
- Manage appointments, staffing schedules, and daily operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop salon and spa team members.
- Monitor inventory, retail displays, and stock management.
- Implement promotional campaigns and achieve business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure smooth centre operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience managing a premium salon, spa, wellness centre, or beauty clinic.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing business performance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, and luxury customer service.
- Experience working with beauty therapists, aestheticians, cosmetologists, hairstylists, nail technicians, and spa professionals is highly valued.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
