Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, customer communication, quotation coordination, follow-ups, and sales closure. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of IT products/services sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Connect with resellers, system integrators, and end customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions/products
- Share quotations and coordinate with internal teams/vendors
- Regular follow-up with customers for closures and payment coordination
- Maintain customer database and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / IT Sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of MS Excel
Working Days:
Monday to Friday / Alternate Saturdays
