Job description
We are looking for a motivated and confident On-Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher from a science background (B.Sc./M.Sc.) for 3 location (Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore) who is interested in learning about customer engagement and driving sales in the chemical industry.
This is a field-based role that involves visiting distributors, direct customers, and retailers to understand their requirements, collect orders, and build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers in the assigned area regularly.
- Understand client requirements and promote suitable products from our portfolio.
- Coordinate with back end sales team & dispatch team for order executions.
- Collect purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors and direct customers.
- Gather market feedback and report to the sales/marketing team.
- Represent the company in a polite and professional manner at all times.
- Boost sales and expand client base through field efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related science discipline.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in marketing/sales (field experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable with regular travel and fieldwork.
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be based in or near Ambernath / Thane.
