- Analyze financial performance and provide insights.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts regularly.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts.
- Support financial planning and forecasting activities.
5. Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Calculate tax liabilities and identify applicable deductions.
6. Bank and Account Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate cash records.
7. Payroll Processing
- Calculate employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure timely payroll processing.
- Maintain payroll records and statutory compliance.
8. Financial Analysis and Advisory
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks.
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Support management in decision-making.
