Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure application designs meet business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Revenue Management.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques.
- Ability to create detailed functional specifications and design documents.
- Familiarity with user experience design and usability testing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
