Job Summary
Institute of Sports Science & Technology (ISST) is looking for an experienced and passionate Visiting Faculty for Exercise Form & Technique to educate students on the principles of safe, effective, and scientifically sound exercise execution.
The ideal candidate should possess practical expertise in resistance training, functional movements, exercise biomechanics, and coaching techniques, with the ability to deliver engaging theoretical and hands-on practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Exercise Form & Technique
- Teach correct execution of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, free weights, machine-based exercises, and functional training
- Demonstrate proper lifting techniques, movement patterns, posture, and exercise progression
- Educate students on injury prevention, exercise safety, spotting techniques, and movement correction
- Conduct practical assessments and provide individual feedback on exercise execution
- Guide students in assignments, practical demonstrations, and case studies
- Share current industry practices, evidence-based training methodologies, and coaching standards
- Assist in curriculum development and academic workshops when required
Preferred Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of exercise technique and biomechanics
- Expertise in resistance training, functional training, and movement assessment
- Understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology
- Ability to identify and correct movement faults
- Excellent communication, demonstration, and teaching skills
Pay: ₹1,200.00 per hour
