About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for digital products.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running campaigns for mobile applications, web applications, SaaS products, AI-powered tools, and modern no-code/AI platforms. You should understand how to optimize campaigns for lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and continuously improve conversion performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for lead generation.
- Generate qualified leads for:
- Mobile Apps
- Web Applications
- SaaS Products
- AI-based Products
- AI-powered website builders and no-code platforms
- Build and test multiple audience segments including lookalike, interest-based, and custom audiences.
- Create campaign structures focused on maximizing lead quality and ROI.
- Coordinate with the creative team on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, AI marketing trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience running Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Demonstrated success generating leads for SaaS, AI products, mobile apps, or web applications.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom events, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance.
- Knowledge of audience research, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Experience working with landing pages and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI products and modern software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing AI tools or AI-powered products.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience using CRM platforms and lead management systems.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation and email nurturing.
