- Documentation & Proposals: Handle customer queries, create detailed quotations, process solar loan files, and manage net metering/subsidy documentation.
- Coordination: Align site surveys with technical teams and schedule installation logistics.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and provide after-sales service.
