Back Office Associate Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Associate to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage records efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update company records and databases. Prepare and manage reports, documents, and spreadsheets. Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle emails, phone calls, and administrative tasks. Organize and maintain files, invoices, and other office documents. Assist in preparing MIS reports and daily operational reports. Support HR, Sales, and Accounts teams with administrative work. Ensure confidentiality of company information. Perform other back-office duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹35,327.59 per month
