We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Student Success Associate to handle candidate queries, provide technical and academic assistance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve candidate queries via 150+ calls and 100+ emails daily, along with messaging platforms, in a timely and professional manner.
- Address technical and academic-related queries, ensuring accurate guidance and effective problem resolution
- Coordinate with different internal departments (Academic, Tech, Operations, Sales, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and quick issue closure
- Log, track, and manage tickets and interactions using CRM and support tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Tawk
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, issues, and resolutions
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or student counseling (preferably in Ed-Tech or UPSC domain)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Fresher are also welcome with UPSC knowledge
- A personal laptop is mandatory
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
