Export Executive – Documentation
Location: Limbadiya, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange pre-shipment & post-shipment export documentation.
- Share draft documents with customers and take approvals before issuing originals.
- Coordinate for UN Number activation, specific packaging requirements, and vendor identification.
- Verify & approve samples for non-standard packaging materials.
- Arrange domestic & export logistics, including job-work movement between units.
- Coordinate with accounts team for domestic documentation and shipment billing.
- Handover shipment samples to CHA and submit documents to bank as proof of export.
- Track BRC, COA, COO, Insurance, BL, and maintain MIS reports.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams till dispatch.
- Manage payments of packaging material vendors.
