Travel Choice is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Cum Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional with strong travel sales expertise and the ability to manage reservations while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions
- Manage flight, hotel, holiday package, and travel reservations
- Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate booking records and sales reports
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in travel reservations and sales
- Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking procedures
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong sales approach with negotiation abilities
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
