About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and enthusiastic Content & Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and bringing fresh ideas that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, and content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy that drive engagement.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns, reels, and trend-based content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on data.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and user interactions.
- Support product launches, employer branding, and other marketing initiatives through creative storytelling.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, AI tools (such as ChatGPT), or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of short-form video content, reels, and viral trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
