Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the onboard recruitment operations of our manpower agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely candidate deployment, maintaining strong client coordination, and efficiently managing the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, references, database, etc.).
- Conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting of candidates as per client needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance before candidate deployment.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization of selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- More than 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
- Proven experience in handling bulk hiring and overseas/local recruitment processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and onboarding procedures.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
