We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction/site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Maintain site records, material usage, and daily work logs.
- Verify completed work before billing and handover.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.
- Report daily progress to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience in site measurement and quantity verification.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurgaon, Haryana
