About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager who can build our personal brand (for our Director) and our company brand through consistent, high-quality videos on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
You will plan video ideas, help shoot them, work closely with our video editor, and post content regularly. Your goal is simple: make us more visible online and help more students and parents discover us.
What You Will Do
- Plan and manage our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more).
- Come up with fresh video ideas every week based on what students and parents are searching for.
- Help shoot videos with the Director and guide the on-camera content.
- Work closely with our video editor to get videos edited and posted on time.
- Keep a steady, consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Build a clear brand style and voice for both the Director’s personal brand and the company.
- Create simple graphics and images using Canva and AI image tools when needed.
- Track what is working and bring new ideas to grow our reach and followers.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of branding and brand strategy.
- Good understanding of social media, especially video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
- Someone who can understand our business and our market, and turn that into content ideas.
- Able to work with a video editor and give clear direction.
- Basic skills in Canva and AI-generated images.
- Creative, organized, and consistent — someone who can keep content going without being pushed.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (preferred, to connect with our audience).
Nice to Have
- Experience managing personal brands or founder profiles.
- Experience in the education, study-abroad, or coaching industry.
- Basic video shooting or editing knowledge.
- Understanding of the Kerala and GCC (Gulf) audience.
Pay: ₹11,385.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
